Learn and operate table Casino games.
Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Ensure game integrity by accurately handling cards, chips, and payouts.
Comply strictly with operational procedures and gaming regulations.
Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere at all gaming tables.
Maintain a neat and presentable appearance in accordance with company standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education: Intermediate level (12th grade or equivalent).
Strong numerical and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to stay calm, courteous, and focused in high-energy environments.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
No prior experience necessary — training will be provided.
