• Responsible for coordinating with kitchen and service for effectively running the daily operations in order to maximize the sales and customer satisfaction.
• Reviewing the product quality, coordinate with multiples organizations for researching new guest, customers and vendors.
• Ensure all food qualities are meeting the company brand, sanitation /safety rules & customer’s queries are accurately addressed.
• Keeping all restaurant related records in terms of guests, billing and ensure all payments are made before their departure.
• In consultation with restaurant Manager, prepare duty roster, discuss with team and assigned their duty as per roster and supervise employee as per shift.
• Review current food menu with operational cost and identify the main measuring the unnecessary associated cost & set strategies to overcome.
• In consultation with team, estimate future goods requirement, kitchen utensils and cleaning product and coordinate with Store to be supplied on time.
• Hold meeting with food & beverage staff members’ discussion of team work, improving staff performance, attitude, time management and work on priority basis and share its consequences.
• Consult with team member on regular basis, review their work performance, and give timely feedback on improvement areas to make a good team among staff members.
• Initiate to organize in house training program to employee on the basis of Training Need Assessment (TNA).
• Keep all information accurately and provide detailed operational report on weekly, monthly and annually to the management or as and when required basis.
• Strictly implement the polices, procedure and protocols for maintaining restaurant operations effectively and efficiently
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or culinary certified
• A minimum of 3-5 years working experience in hospitality industry.
• Good working knowledge on restaurant strategies
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Good interpersonal skills in both languages
• Work under the pressure with a minimum supervision.
