Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance while maintaining a motivated and efficient team
Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and maintain optimal stock levels
Track operating expenses and manage food and labor costs within budget
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures
Respond to customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
Prepare weekly schedules and maintain proper shift coverage during peak times and holidays
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain food quality and service efficiency
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure revenue targets are met and prepare reports for the same.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average bill size, table turnover rate, and revenue per seat/hour.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop sales strategies and promotions through regular sales forecasting.
Identify trends, seasonal patterns, and underperforming menu items to support decision-making.
Foster a respectful, positive, and team-oriented workplace culture
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams effectively under pressure
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems, and scheduling tools is a plus
Fluency in both English and Nepali
