As a Sales & Coordination Manager, you are responsible for creating and executing sales plans aligned with the company’s goals. This includes overseeing the lead generation process, managing bookings, and ensuring the reservations team processes inquiries efficiently within 12 hours. You will train and motivate the team, support them in closing bookings, and minimize booking errors by ensuring accurate data entry.
Your role involves monitoring communication and performance of the reservations team, conducting monthly KPI reviews to assess sales strategies, and adjusting them as needed. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, tracking customer feedback, and maintaining high service standards through well-defined KPIs.
You are expected to prepare at least 40 special offers each month for marketing use, collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies, and analyze marketing performance, such as lead generation and conversion rates. Using insights from data, you will work on improving team efficiency and optimizing sales results.
Additionally, you will be required to prepare weekly and monthly reports by the 5th of each month, participate in office meetings, and perform other tasks as assigned by management. Professional conduct, timely execution, and clear communication are key to succeeding in this role.
