We are looking for an experienced Commi I to join our kitchen team. As a senior-level cook, you will be responsible for handling key food preparation tasks, managing stations, and ensuring that food quality and hygiene standards are met. You will play a critical role in maintaining consistency and assisting junior kitchen staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Oversee food preparation and cooking in assigned kitchen stations.
Ensure recipes and portioning standards are followed precisely.
Supervise and support Commi II and III team members.
Monitor food quality and presentation before dispatch.
Assist in inventory control and reporting shortages.
