We are hiring Commi II kitchen staff to assist in food prep, handle cooking duties under supervision, and ensure efficient operation in their assigned section. You’ll work closely with senior kitchen staff to prepare meals while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Assist in preparing ingredients and semi-cooked items.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure station cleanliness and assist in post-shift cleanup.
Follow guidance from Commi I and Head Chef during service.
Ability to take direction and learn quickly.
Time management and focus during busy hours.
