  Kasrat is Nepal’s premier fitness class booking platform, connecting fitness enthusiasts with top gyms and studios across the country.   We are currently hiring for the position of Operations Trainee based in the Kathmandu Valley. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with field-based responsibilities and online coordination. We’re looking for someone who can start immediately and grow with us from the ground up.

  The trainee program offers a base salary of NPR 10,000 per month. In addition to the base pay, performance bonuses will be provided based on key performance indicators such as the number of gyms onboarded and engagement metrics achieved. A small travel allowance will be available for field visits, along with mobile recharge support for official communication. Following a successful three-month trainee period and demonstrated performance, salary and benefits will be reviewed and may be increased.

  As an Operations Trainee, you will be Kasrat’s frontline ambassador. You’ll play a vital role in introducing our platform to gyms and fitness studios throughout the Kathmandu Valley. Your daily work will involve visiting gym locations, building meaningful relationships with gym owners and fitness professionals, and supporting contract discussions. You’ll also help gather valuable market insights, maintain detailed records of your activities, and work closely with the senior business development team to meet monthly performance targets.

  The selection process includes an initial screening of your CV, followed by a phone interview. Shortlisted candidates will receive an assessment task. Final interviews will be conducted with senior management, followed by a final task before an offer is extended.

We are seeking individuals with a background in fitness—this could be through gym training, fitness instruction, or sports coaching. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, with any additional fitness certifications considered a strong advantage. Communication skills in Nepali, Hindi, and English are essential, along with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. A strong sense of self-motivation, commitment to goals, and the willingness to travel extensively within Kathmandu Valley using your own vehicle are crucial. Familiarity with mobile apps and basic office tools is expected.

Although not mandatory, we value prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development. Knowledge of the local fitness industry and a network of contacts within the fitness community will give you an edge. Experience using CRM systems or handling data entry is also considered beneficial.
