Primary Responsibilities Finance Responsibilities: • Develop long-term financial strategies in line with company objectives. • Manage investments and evaluate opportunities to maximize returns. • Identify and implement cost-saving measures. • Conduct financial data analysis to support business decisions. • Coordinate audits and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Oversee tax compliance and minimize tax liabilities. • Identify and mitigate financial risks. • Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders. • Manage cash flow for financial stability. • Support due diligence during mergers and acquisitions. Admin / HR Responsibilities: • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities. • Develop employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention. • Design and manage employee training and development initiatives. • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. • Administer compensation, payroll, and benefits programs. • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations. • Analyze HR data to optimize workforce strategies. • Develop succession plans and leadership development strategies. • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts. • Implement organizational development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Finance: Financial planning, analysis, reporting, tax planning, risk management, audit coordination, cash flow management, investment evaluation, cost control, proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). • Admin / HR: Talent acquisition, employee engagement, training development, payroll & benefits management, HR analytics, compliance, succession planning, employee relations, proficiency in HR software (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday). • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage confidential information. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Human Resources. • Preferred: MBA (Finance or HR) / CFA / CPA / CA / PHR / SHRM-CP certifications. • Experience: 3–5 years in Finance or HR roles with relevant administrative experience. • Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
