  As a Kasrat Operations Intern, you’ll gain real-world experience in business operations, field outreach, and mobile app testing—skills that are valuable across industries. You’ll develop hands-on abilities in sales, communication, reporting, and giving product feedback, all while working in a flexible environment that fits around your academic schedule. The internship also opens up the possibility of transitioning into a long-term or full-time role based on your performance. You’ll have direct access to experienced startup founders and mentors, giving you exposure to real startup life. Most importantly, you’ll be part of Nepal’s rapidly growing fitness-tech movement, contributing to a mission that’s reshaping health and wellness across the country.

University students looking for real-world experience.

Fitness lovers or those involved in gyms, sports, or training

Students interested in business, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship

Those who want flexible work that adapts to their class schedule

Active university student (Bachelor's level or fresh graduates)

Strong communication in Nepali and basic English

Owns a bike/scooter for local travel

Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated

Familiar with mobile apps and messaging tools

Interest in business, marketing, or startups

App Testing: Use the Kasrat app regularly to report bugs, usability issues, and feature feedback

While not required, it’s a plus if you have experience in gyms, sports, fitness instruction, or training, as this helps you connect more naturally with our partner locations. Familiarity with Kathmandu’s gym and fitness scene will give you a head start in navigating the local market. Experience in areas like sales, event coordination, outreach, or even technical testing is also valuable. If you’re curious about tech products or interested in mobile app development, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to explore and contribute in those areas too.
