Learn software and provide training of software to our clients.
Any desk, phone call and email reply to customer queries.
Coordinate with development, client and team members through regular meetings and project management tools.
Provide online and offline support to our clients and solve their queries.
Ready to move out of valley to provide support to customers.
Travel Inside and Outside valley to conduct meeting with clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of software and basic knowledge of hardware and networking.
Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good interpersonal and customer care skills
Logical thinker, hardworking and ability to deal with difficult clients.
Knowledge of SQL Database Serve and software working flow will be an added advantage.
