Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day sales activities of the team
Support ASRs in meeting individual and branch sales targets
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups
Assist in organizing and managing overall sales operations
Handle customer complaints, queries, and issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales orders
Maintain accurate records of customer contracts and sales-related documentation
Train, coach, counsel, recruit, and discipline ASRs as needed
Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams
Contribute to achieving overall company sales goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in the ISP industry
Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively with sales teams and coordinate activities
Good relationship-building skills with customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in documentation
Knowledge of ISP products/services (preferred)
