Casino Pride Nepal is seeking enthusiastic and confident female candidates for the position of Trainee Croupier. The selected candidates will undergo professional training to learn casino game operations, customer service, and table management. This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in the gaming and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing gaming tables such as Roulette, Blackjack, and other casino games. Ensure fair play and compliance with casino rules and regulations. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude. Handle chips, bets, and payouts accurately. Maintain a neat appearance and represent the casino’s brand standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification & Requirements: Minimum academic qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary) passed. Age: 18 to 25 years. Minimum height: 5’3”. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Pleasant personality, confidence, and ability to handle guests professionally. Basic math skills to manage bets and payouts. No prior experience required — training will be provided. Skills & Attributes: Friendly and outgoing personality. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
