Greet and assist guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
Guide guests about casino facilities, services, and promotions.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly.
Coordinate with other departments for guest service delivery.
Maintain a clean and presentable reception/entry area.
Ensure guest ID verification and compliance with entry protocols.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum +2 or Bachelor running/graduate (any discipline).
Pleasant personality with good communication skills (English, Nepali; Hindi is a plus).
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills and customer service orientation.
Minimum height 5.3".
