Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Maintain Stock inventory records.
Cost Control according to the Company standard.
Responsible for monthly F&B Report and distribute to management and Account Department.
Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency
Post actual stock results in the system and print inventory valuation report.
All items are to be received and stored in their correct manner according to storing location,packaging, temperature, light, humidity etc. on a first in first out basis to enable stock rotation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Working knowledge of computer software programs Ms-office( Ms-excel) and Tally.
