  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our company by overseeing all aspects of our accounting operations.

Manage daily accounting tasks, including recording transactions, processing invoices and payments, and reconciling bank statements.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).

Analyze financial data to identify trends, monitor performance against budgets, and generate financial reports for management review.

Participate in the budgeting process, forecasting revenue and expenses for each property.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collections from guests.

Oversee payroll processing (depending on company size).

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial compliance.

Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.

Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
