JOB DESCRIPTION
  The Documentation Department at Krypton Educational Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for collecting, preparing, verifying, and organizing all required documents related to student admissions and visa applications. The team ensures that academic records, financial documents, identification papers, and application forms are complete, accurate, and compliant with the requirements of universities, embassies, and immigration authorities. Key responsibilities include guiding students on required documentation, checking documents for accuracy and authenticity, preparing application and visa files, maintaining organized digital and physical records, and coordinating with counselors and application officers to ensure timely submission. The department also maintains confidentiality of student information and follows standard procedures to minimize errors and delays in the admission and visa process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification of +2 / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management, Business, or IT-related fields).
Basic knowledge of student admission and visa documentation procedures is preferred.
Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, email, and file management.
Ability to organize, verify, and maintain documents accurately and systematically.
Strong attention to detail and ability to check documents for errors or missing information.
Good communication skills in English and Nepali (both written and spoken).
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple student files at the same time.
Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of student records.
Basic understanding of education systems and visa requirements
Teamwork skills and willingness to coordinate with counselors and other departments.
