Evelop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire top-tier talent, including managing job descriptions, interview processes, and employment offers.
Design and manage the orientation and integration of new employees, and handle the professional and compliant separation process for departing staff.
Collaborate with senior leadership on future staffing needs, talent gaps, and succession planning to ensure organizational growth
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Managing payroll, designing competitive benefits packages, and overseeing compensation planning.
Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems
Creating, updating, and enforcing clear and legally compliant company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
