  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations and drive business growth.

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Optimize supply chain management practices to ensure timely delivery of materials and components while minimizing inventory levels and costs.

  • Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance overall performance.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.

  • Developing, coordinating and managing overall processes of the company.

  • Driving the company's operating capabilities to achieve company goals.

  • Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

  • Participants to compile the budget.

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field MBA or CA/ACCA preferred. Or Bachelor degree in Engineering or food technology with relevant experiences.

• Minimum of 5 years for candidates having master degree/ CA/CFA and 7 years for candidates having Bachelor degree of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality management systems.

• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
