JOB DESCRIPTION
  The Code Fusion team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Admin and HR Intern to assist our admin department with administrative and HR-related tasks.
  Key Roles and Responsibilities: Administrate the day-to-day activities of the office and documentation. Create and distribute guidelines and documents about company policies. Be actively involved in writing clear marketing copy and documents to promote our products/services. Coordinate with the development/marketing team and prepare/distribute required documents. Be actively involved in recruitment, which involves developing job descriptions and specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, scheduling interviews. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification and Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Self-motivated to achieve targets and intensely goal-oriented. Outstanding communication, written, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of business practices and good knowledge of research techniques. Knowledge of common software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Has the ability to deal with a new environment in any circumstances. Having a Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field. Knowledge Of Digital Marketing will be a plus.
