Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Clear tables, refill drinks, and attend to guest needs throughout their visit.
Prepare bills and process payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
