• Handling Telephone calls & email for Air ticket inquiries
• Deal with customers, Business Houses, Airlines, Travel Agents etc.
• Deal for the reservation of Hotel, airlines ticketing etc.
• Workout the best fare, Prepare Travel Itinerary & sell the tickets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 6 months experience in related field
• Must have a good knowledge of Ticketing software Amadeus for Night Shift.
• Priority will be given who is able to do Night shift & as well as good knowledge of Amadeus
• Excellent English speaking, Interpersonal & co-ordination skills
• Knowledge about Microsoft Office, Email, & other computer skills
• Priority will be given for having Motorbike License & own two-wheeler
