Research new trends and create engaging, informative, and entertaining short videos for Youtube Shorts and Tiktok to promote our services and increase our online presence.
Develop and manage our Facebook page by creating and scheduling posts that engage our target audience, increase our following, and drive traffic to our website.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our brand's goals and target audience.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of our social media marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure that our brand's social media presence remains fresh and relevant.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Youtube Shorts, and Tiktok.
Creativity and ability to generate new ideas for social media content that aligns with our brand's goals and target audience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and grow.
