JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  2. Creating and curating high-quality and engaging content for social media channels.
  3. Managing and scheduling social media posts using social media management tools.
  4. Analyzing social media metrics and providing performance reports to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  5. Responding to and engaging with social media followers and customers to build brand loyalty and trust.
  6. Staying up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and new technologies to recommend and implement innovative ideas.
  7. Collaborating with influencers and partners to leverage their audiences and reach new potential customers.
  8. Building and managing online communities around the brand to foster engagement, discussions, and advocacy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. A Bachelor's degree or running
2. Proven experience as a social media manager and content creator, ideally within the same or a similar industry.
3. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
4. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
6. Creativity and innovation, with the ability to develop unique and engaging content ideas.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize social media performance.
9. Experience with social media advertising, including budget management, targeting, and optimization.
