JOB DESCRIPTION
  This is a hands-on contractor opportunity for a social media specialist who can manage and improve Axon Recovery’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  This is not a basic posting or scheduling role. We need someone who can manage the full social media content cycle, including strategy, monthly planning, copywriting, creative direction, short-form video ideas, publishing, engagement monitoring, reporting and improvement.
  The right contractor will know how to present a premium recovery and wellness equipment brand professionally. You should be able to turn product information, buyer questions, FAQs, consultation topics and industry themes into clear, credible and useful social content.
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  Create a monthly social media strategy and content calendar across all platforms. Plan platform-specific content rather than copying the same post everywhere. Write premium captions, hooks, social copy, YouTube titles, descriptions and short-form scripts.
  Repurpose website pages, product descriptions, blogs, FAQs and consultation topics into high-quality social content.
  Develop content themes around hyperbaric oxygen chambers, red light therapy, home wellness rooms, clinics, spas, gyms, hotels, recovery spaces and commercial wellness projects.
  Brief or create simple graphics, carousels, reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts. Maintain Axon Recovery’s brand voice: premium, clear, helpful, professional and trustworthy.
  Schedule and publish posts according to the agreed content plan. Monitor comments, messages and engagement opportunities.
  Escalate relevant product, consultation or sales enquiries to Axon Recovery.
  Prepare monthly reports covering performance, reach, engagement, follower growth, website clicks and recommendations.
  Suggest new content ideas based on audience questions, product opportunities, search trends and competitor activity.
  Avoid exaggerated, unsafe or unsupported medical claims.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
IDEAL CONTRACTOR PROFILE
Proven experience managing social media for a premium, wellness, fitness, healthcare-adjacent, equipment, e-commerce, B2B or luxury brand.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn content strategy.
Excellent written English.
Ability to simplify specialist product information and make it engaging.
Good visual judgement and an eye for premium design.
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, scheduling platforms and analytics dashboards.
Understanding of brand awareness, engagement, education, website traffic and lead-generation content.
Reliable remote communication and ability to work independently across 5 working days each week.
Portfolio links, campaign examples or account examples available for review.
