JOB DESCRIPTION
  Create and curate engaging content for all relevant social media platforms.
  Gather feedback to improve products or services.
  Create landing pages and lead magnets to capture contact information.
  Create a variety of content types including social media posts, email newsletters, articles, press releases, videos, SMS campaigns, and landing pages.  Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages.
  Schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  Use analytics tools to track engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  Conduct market research to identify the target audience and competition.
  Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy with clear objectives and KPIs.
  Outline a content calendar to plan promotional materials.
  Ensure that content aligns with the sales target and brand message.
  Implement growth strategies to build followers on all relevant channels.
  Encourage participation and user-generated content.
  Keep track of expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  Brainstorm creative ideas to promote our brand.
  Consider running contests, giveaways, or influencer collaborations.
  Experiment with new and emerging platforms or technologies.
  Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of your marketing efforts.
  Regularly assess key metrics like engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

  Address client/consumer questions and issues promptly and professionally.
  Develop lead-generation campaigns through social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  Run/Collaboration digital PR campaigns.
  Foster a sense of community through engagement and discussion on social media and other platforms.
  Train customer support teams to creatively solve customer problems using your products or services.
  Provide comprehensive FAQs and resources for self-help.
  Run targeted ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  Allocate your marketing budget effectively across different channels and campaigns.  Provide regular reports to stakeholders outlining the progress and results of your marketing efforts.  Use data to demonstrate the impact of your strategies on sales and brand growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
Ability to work well under pressure.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
