Sales and Promotion: Actively seek out new sales opportunities by networking, cold calling, and visiting prospective clients in assigned territories. Promote Rikishi Compost’s products and services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Meet sales targets by establishing contacts, developing relationships, and recommending solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support. Understand the unique needs of clients and provide tailored composting solutions. Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure client satisfaction. Product Knowledge and Education: Educate potential customers on the environmental and economic benefits of composting and organic waste management. Provide demonstrations and training to customers on using composting products and understanding the composting process. Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on competitor products and market trends. Suggest sales strategies and product improvements based on customer feedback and market needs. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and contracts. Provide regular updates to management on progress and market insights.
