JOB DESCRIPTION
  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales objectives
  Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
  Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and maximize revenue.
  Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  Provide ideas and input in formulating and executing effective marketing strategies.
  Representing the company at major events, client meetings etc.
  Onboarding new sales and marketing recruits
  Develop sales onboarding, training, and development programs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
