In this role, you’ll manage social media campaigns, content production timelines, paid advertising projects, and client communication. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy, and performance teams to make sure every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and delivers strong results for our clients. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping things moving, and building positive relationships with clients and team members. You don’t need to be highly technical, but you must be confident managing multiple tasks in a busy agency environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Manage day-to-day project timelines across social media, paid ads, influencer campaigns, and content production.
Coordinate between clients, creatives, strategists, and ad specialists to ensure everyone is aligned.
Prepare briefs, task lists, and schedules for internal teams.
Track progress and update clients regularly on deliverables.
Ensure all projects stay within scope, timeline, and budget.
Review content and assets before delivery to maintain quality.
Identify project roadblocks and find simple, practical solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Support end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
Improve workflows and help streamline agency processes.
