Accurately and efficiently enter customer information for mailing and billing purposes
Explain product pricing and negotiate bulk or package pricing
Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback
Maintain working knowledge of products and services sold
Assist sales colleagues with arranging data
Monitor order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner
Investigate unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected orders and resolves customer issues as necessary
Accurate Data Entry, Website maintenance
