  Fluency in Japanese language - the candidate must possess excellent command over the Japanese language and should be able to read, write and speak fluently

  Teaching experience - the candidate must have prior experience in teaching Japanese language to students of different age groups and proficiency levels

  Ability to develop course materials - the candidate should be able to create and develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in accordance with the curriculum and the needs of the students

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - the candidate should have strong communication skills, be patient, empathetic, and should be able to establish a rapport with the students

  Passion for teaching - the candidate should have a genuine passion for teaching and should be committed to improving the learners' proficiency in the Japanese language
