  Candidate Requirements

  Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)

  Prior experience in an MSP environment

  Broad knowledge (and importantly comprehension) of relevant Business IT service delivery

  Ability to review and recommend IT System improvements based on client needs.

  Confident in own abilities, but willing to engage with team members to collectively solve problems

  Strong customer experience focus

  Proven experience in project deliverance

  1-2 years of overall professional experience (Preferred)

Management of environments including installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software/operating systems (Windows 7,10, Windows server 2012, 2016, 2019)

Case handling including change requests, complaints and general enquiries

Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills

Excellent knowledge of common Antivirus, Backup Applications, Storages

Strong knowledge of Windows Servers and key server technologies such as Active

Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Services etc.

Experience in implementing and managing all Microsoft products including

Windows Server (up to 2019), Windows 10, Office, Microsoft 365, Exchange, AD, Group Policy Objects etc.

Experience in implementing and managing virtualization technologies such as VMWare & Azure

Experience in Installing, Configuring and managing Exchange server 2013, 2016

Experience in PowerShell and other scripting languages.

Maintaining Windows patch management and application deployment

Experience in Networking, Firewalls, Switching & routing and Wireless Access Points

Experience in Cyber Security tools
