JOB DESCRIPTION
  We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the culinary and operational leader of our back-of-house operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food preparation, designing innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, maintaining strict health and safety standards, and optimizing food costs. The ideal candidate blends exceptional culinary talent with strong leadership skills, a passion for mentorship, and sharp business acumen.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head Chef, Executive Chef, or strong Senior Sous Chef).
Advanced culinary skills, including expert knowledge of flavor profiles, cooking techniques, and current food trends.
Proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing a diverse kitchen team under high-pressure conditions.
Proficiency in kitchen math, food costing, inventory management, and utilizing kitchen management software.
Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts or Apprenticeship program is highly preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is valued.
Valid food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe Manager or local equivalent).
