  Primary responsibilities

  Maintenance and repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair faulty components, including motherboards, RAM, and other parts, to ensure systems are running optimally. Installation and setup: Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, such as desktops, servers, and peripherals. Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Documentation: Keep detailed records of all hardware installations, repairs, and replacements. Technical support: Provide technical support to end-users, which may involve coaching them through common problems. System monitoring: Monitor computer systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Firmware and software: Update firmware and install necessary software applications.

Key skills and qualifications
