This role is a fully remote, full-time and permanent role.
As a full-stack software developer, you will work on several in-house and client projects. Following agile methodologies, you will iteratively develop and deliver high-quality customer-focused features.
Currently, our tech stack mainly consists of: - Languages: PHP, JS, Ruby, Python, HTML, CSS - DB: MySQL / MariaDB - Frameworks: Symfony, Vue - Orchestration: Chef, Ansible - Ops: Cloud infrastructure, Docker, Vagrant - Other open-source, Software: WordPress, WooCommerce, Drupal, Wix.
We expect you to be at least familiar with these and a decent understanding of PHP, MySQL, JS (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 is a must-have to succeed in the role
We don't limit ourselves with a particular technology, we are always keen to adopt the latest technologies and in this role next technologies we are looking to adopt are: - Frameworks: React Native, Flutter, React, Nuxt, Laravel DB: MongoDB, NoSQL Ops: Jenkins, Kubernetes
Depending on your skill and experience you will be exposed to various technologies as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in computer science or relevant field.
Decent understanding of PHP, MySQL, JS (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Analytical and problem-solving mind.
Using the latest software development tools, languages, and technologies: 1. Can write secure, well-designed, and well-tested code across the stack. 2. Can develop bespoke and user-friendly applications. 3. Can develop highly scalable systems.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new technology and tools.
Ability to focus on delivering customer value.
Ability to manage time and juggle competing priorities while working with the wider team to accomplish business objectives.
Bonus skills: -Experience with several frontend and backend technologies. -Test-driven development (TDD).- Good understanding of UI/UX.
