JOB DESCRIPTION
  We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Officer to support front office and sales operations within our tourism company. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with clients, is organized, creative, and has a genuine passion for travel and outdoor adventure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: +2 / Intermediate Level (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Good communication skills in both English and Nepali. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Enthusiasm for travel, trekking, and outdoor activities. Basic writing skills and interest in content creation are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities Front Office Coordination Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms. Maintain an organized reception area and manage office appointments. Assist in scheduling meetings, consultations, and internal communications. Sales & Marketing Support Prepare tour proposals, quotations, and customized itineraries. Maintain records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth tour operations. Share promotional materials, new packages, and updates with clients. Write and publish blogs, travel stories, and promotional content to support marketing and brand visibility. Operational Assistance Assist with logistics during tour departures and arrivals. Support field tasks such as airport transfers, site inspections, and local coordination. Help with documentation, permit applications, and operational checklists.
