JOB DESCRIPTION
  Entry Level Gender: Female Full Time (9am - 5pm) Jawalakhel, Lalitpur Experience: Preferred 1+ years. Compensation: Base + Commission + Bonus

Sales Associates/SDRs are responsible for helping the Sales team in lead generation, demo scheduling, demo preparation, CRM management, and post-sale support. As part of this role, you will also be traveling with the team to engage directly with key decision-makers in the education sector, throughout the valley. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who can balance meticulous CRM management with the interpersonal flair required to navigate high-level meetings.
  Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new opportunities within our niche to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads. Ownership of the scheduling and logistical preparation for product demonstrations. Travel alongside the Sales team to represent the company at meetings, conferences, and site visits. Track every interaction to ensure data integrity and follow-ups through our CRM. Nurture long-term rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers across our partners. Assist in the transition from prospect to client, providing support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Participate in all internal training sessions to maintain expert-level knowledge of our products and industry trends.

Requirements & Qualifications Professional Presence: Ability to present yourself with polish and confidence when interacting with executive-level decision-makers. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Adaptability: Comfortable with frequent travel and a fast-paced field environment. Sector Interest: A genuine interest in the education sector and a desire to understand its unique challenges and opportunities. Organizational Skills: A "detail-oriented" mindset you can manage a CRM and a travel schedule without breaking a sweat.
Compensation & Earning Potential We offer a high-reward structure where your income scales directly with your success in the field. Base Salary: 15,000/month during an initial 3-month probationary period, with a guaranteed base increase upon successful completion. Recurring Commissions: Earn an average of 4,650/month in recurring revenue per sale. The Opportunity: By hitting our target of 10 institutions in the first 3 months, you can build a recurring income of 46,500/m + Base. Performance Bonuses: Additional cash bonuses awarded for hitting specific team KPIs. Note: We operate as a unit. We close as a team, not 1-on-1. When the team wins, you win.
