JOB DESCRIPTION
  Conduct research and feasibility studies for potential tourism exhibitions (e.g. ITB Berlin, WTM London, etc.) Assess ROI, target audience, market reach, and competition for proposed events Prepare feasibility reports and secure management approvals Draft detailed event budgets, ensuring proper costing and financial calculations for all activities
  Negotiate rates with different exhibition organizers to secure optimal space and create cost-effective pavilions Negotiate with multiple stand contractors for the best offers and deals Convince and onboard co-exhibitors to participate with us, while upselling other products and services Manage all documentation, compliance, visa processes, and insurance requirements related to exhibitions
  Handle logistics including registration, booth booking, shipping, travel, accommodation, and local transportation Design exhibition booths and develop promotional materials as per brand guidelines Coordinate with tourism partners, embassies, tourist boards, and service providers, ensuring procurement compliance
  Plan and execute pre-event marketing campaigns, including social media, PR, and newsletters Create and manage social media content calendars for events and for clients Coordinate celebrity and influencer marketing activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, exhibitions, or tourism marketing Strong costing, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting skills Proven negotiation skills with exhibition organizers, contractors, and service providers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and build partnerships Experience in social media content planning, creation, and account management Ability to coordinate and manage influencer and celebrity marketing activities Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects and ad hoc tasks Proficiency in G Suite; familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media management platforms, CRM systems) is a plus Willingness to travel internationally for events and exhibitions Willingness to work off and long hours or on holidays if required based on events. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
