JOB DESCRIPTION
  We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own the online growth for our three core brands: oNest Real Estate (Brokerage), Esteam Builder (Remodeling), and oNest Lending Solutions (Mortgage). You will be responsible for creating cohesive, cross-platform strategies that generate high-quality leads for the US market.

  Lead Generation: Design and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to capture home buyers, renovation leads, and mortgage applicants.
  Content Creation: Develop engaging visual and written content, including "before & after" showcases for remodeling projects and strategic real estate property descriptions.
  SEO & Web Management: Optimize our websites for local US search rankings (Virginia/Maryland/PA) to drive organic traffic.
  Marketing Automation: Build and monitor email nurturing sequences using CRM tools to convert leads into long-term clients.
  Data Reporting: Analyze weekly performance metrics (ROI, Cost-per-lead) and adjust strategies based on real-time data.

  Trial & Evaluation Period:
  1-Month Performance Trial: Every new hire will begin with a 1-month initial trial period. This is a paid period designed to evaluate the candidate's technical skills, communication, and overall fit with The oNest Group culture.
  Results-Oriented Assessment: During this month, the candidate is expected to demonstrate tangible results, including:
  Strategic Planning: Presenting a marketing roadmap for oNest Real Estate and Esteam Builder.
  Lead Generation: Setting up and optimizing at least one active campaign on Meta or Google Ads for oNest Lending.
  Content Quality: Producing high-quality, English-accurate social media and property descriptions.
  Execution Speed: Meeting deadlines and showing proactiveness in learning our CRM and tools.
  Final Review: At the end of the trial month, a performance review will determine the transition to a permanent contract with full benefits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (US Real Estate or Mortgage experience is a major plus).
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Canva/Adobe Suite.
Near-native English fluency (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with an American audience.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Email Automation.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
