Design book interiors, including layout, typography, and formatting
Create attractive and market-appropriate book covers
Ensure design consistency across print and digital editions
Prepare print-ready and digital files according to publishing standards
Collaborate with editors, authors, and production staff
Review proofs and implement necessary revisions within set deadlines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 with good English knowledge
• Prior experience in the publishing field preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent English and Nepali typing skills, including mathematical equations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
