This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Nepal. The selected candidate will manage customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction across a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The role also involves maintaining records of customer interactions, providing accurate information, and contributing to a seamless customer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree running or completed Must have technical background Excellent communication, interpersonal & technical skills Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions Positive attitude, patience and empathy towards customers Laptop is mandatory Flexible to work in shifts Freshers are highly encouraged to apply Prior experience in call center preferred but not mandatory
