Lead overall country operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Drive sales growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in sales reporting, processes, and documentation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
Oversee the distributor network and optimize operational efficiency.
Support marketing initiatives and develop strategies to expand market reach.
Provide actionable reports and updates to senior management.
Execute company initiatives and adapt to changing business needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; advanced sales/marketing certifications preferred.
15+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, ideally with global teams.
Proven experience improving and automating sales processes.
Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, reports, and sales tools.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong customer relationship management and market understanding.
