  Develop engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) including visuals, videos, and captions.

  Communicate the brand story, heritage, and product rituals across campaigns.

  Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations.

  Coordinate brand events and ensure consistency across marketing materials.

  Engage with customers online and collect feedback to enhance marketing strategies.

  Track and analyze marketing metrics to recommend improvements.

  Support in creating communication materials: blogs, vlogs, one-pagers, press releases, and product labels.

  Contribute to sales and marketing strategy aligned with company growth plans.

Bachelor's or equivalent degree in management

At least 1 year of past experience in the related field

Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Nepali.

Proficient in social media platforms, graphic design, and photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.

Familiarity with printing requirements for packaging design.

Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, partners, and vendors.
