1. Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office buildings such as walkways and parking lots.
2. Cleans floors, rooms and lift including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
3. Wipe down desks and chairs and make sure that stubborn smears are removed using appropriate cleaning materials.
4. Responsible for Cleaning restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
5. Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies and empty all trash buckets.
6. Cleaning of terrace and balcony areas esp. during heavy rainfalls.
7. Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
8. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
