1. Responsible for studying and understanding construction drawings as well as preparing quantity estimates of necessary materials and equipment required for civil activities at project site.
2. Conduct Regular inspection and assess the work performance by sub contractor and construction labels
3. Liaison with project Manager and project coordinator regarding construction programs
4. Participate in project meetings with clients to keep them informed about project progress and issues.
5. Organize Work and projects
6. Providing Training
7. Ensure work is carried out efficiently with the given deadline and ensure safety of workers
8. Posting job in one of our base office ( Out of Valley).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Should be able to manage Construction site
2. Should perform Quality Control Protocols
5. Proficiency in CAD Software(AutoCAD etc), MS Office
4. Should be willing to travel to projects sites
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
