1. Based on the customer's demand and budget based on the on-site observation, construction drawings can be prepared, and a clear blueprint of the quantity of necessary materials and equipment can be prepared and constructed.
2. Regularly inspect and report work information and performance evaluations to the company's construction supervisor, construction labels
3. Construction of quality housing for low-income customers at minimum cost
4. Regular consultation with clients about project progress and issues.
5. Organize tasks and projects
6. Provide training and ensure efficient completion of work within given time frame and ensure safety of workers
7. Although our base office is in Kathmandu, we will work all over Nepal.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work according to Quality Analysis and Control (QA)
Must be able to work according to Production & manufacturing
Must be able to work according to CAT file, architect design, interior design
Must be able to manage a construction site
Quality control protocols must be performed
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD etc.), MS Office
Must be willing to travel to project sites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
