  Manage and oversee financial controls and accounting procedures.

  Ensure full transparency over the company’s financial performance.

  Provide strategic advice on increasing revenue and reducing costs.

  Communicate potential financial risks clearly and in a timely manner.

  Develop and implement action plans to achieve annual financial objectives.

  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial Reports.

  Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billings, payments, and cash flow management.

  Coordinate and produce all required tax and statutory documentation.

  Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

  Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  Oversee investments, capital structure, and funding strategies.

  Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is an advantage.

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a senior financial management role.

Proven track record of managing financial operations and strategic planning.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
