Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Should have Laptop/PC(atleast i3 processor & 8GB RAM) to Work from home.
Should have dual monitor for if PC or a external monitor if Laptop for multitasking
Should have broadband internet connection
Should have proper power backup system (inverter/ups) to prevent work interruption in case of power cuts
Typing speed of at least 50wpm
Fluent written and spoken Hindi and English
Able to work on rotational Morning, Evening, Night Shifts
