JOB DESCRIPTION
  Develop and Manage Channel Sales: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s market presence in Nepal.
  Build and Maintain Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
  Ensure Partner Success: Provide partners with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed in their sales efforts
  Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed channel sales targets and quotas to drive revenue growth.
  Collaborate on Sales Strategies: Work closely with partners to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  Monitor and Optimize Partner Performance: Track and analyze partner performance, offering feedback to optimize results and ensure targets are met.
  Conduct Training Sessions: Regularly train channel partners on products, sales processes, and current market trends to ensure they have up-to-date knowledge.
  Update Partners on New Products: Ensure that partners are well-informed about new product launches and marketing campaigns to align their efforts with company initiatives.
  Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work with internal marketing teams to create co-branded marketing materials and campaigns that support channel partners.
  Organize Joint Events and Promotions: Plan and execute joint events, webinars, and promotions to drive demand through channel partners.
  Track Sales Metrics: Monitor sales metrics, pipeline development, and performance of channel partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  Report to Senior Management: Provide regular updates and reports on channel sales strategies and performance to senior management.
  Identify Market Trends and Opportunities: Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities within the partner ecosystem to refine sales strategies.
  Ensure Internal Alignment: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure alignment and synergy across strategies
  Provide Product Feedback: Offer valuable input to product development teams based on partner insights and feedback from the market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in channel sales, partner management, or a related field.
Experience managing and growing channel partnerships.
