Support daily operations of Front Office, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Housekeeping departments
Assist in enforcing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets
Help coordinate staff schedules, briefings, and task assignments
Handle routine guest inquiries and minor complaints; escalate complex issues to senior management
Monitor inventory levels for F&B supplies, housekeeping amenities, and front-desk materials; coordinate replenishment orders
Co-facilitate onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing staff
Prepare basic performance reports (e.g., occupancy rates, F&B covers, housekeeping status) for weekly review
Support cost-control measures by comparing actual expenses to departmental budgets
Participate in health, safety, and hygiene inspections to ensure compliance
Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff and recognizing strong performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2–3 year of experience in a hotel environment (Front Office, F&B service, or Housekeeping)
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Nepali
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office), familiarity with a hotel PMS and OTA platforms
Strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work under pressure
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Customer-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and maintain a guest-first attitude
