Handling Telephone calls & email
Deal with customers, Business Houses, Airlines, Travel Agents etc.
Deal for the reservation of Hotel, Car rental, airlines ticketing etc.
Workout the best fare, Prepare Travel Itinerary & sell the tickets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 6 months experience in related field
Must have a good knowledge of Ticketing software like Amadeus
Excellent Interpersonal & co-ordination skills
Knowledge about Microsoft Office, Email, & other computer skills
Priority will be given for having Motorbike License & own two-wheeler
Preference will be given who is able to do Night shift & as well as good knowledge of Amadeus.
